During a coaching session, you’ll discuss your goals, progress, and any obstacles you’re facing. We’ll work together on developing strategies and action steps. Each session is unique to your needs, but generally, they involve deep questioning, active listening, and supportive guidance.

Coaching sessions typically last between 45 minutes to an hour. We will meet bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on your goals and schedule. Consistency is key for progress, so we’ll determine a routine that works best for you.

The duration of coaching depends on your specific goals and the pace at which you wish to achieve them. Some clients see significant changes in a few sessions, while others may work with a coach over several months to tackle deeper or multiple objectives.

Coaching can be conducted in-person, via phone calls, or through video conferencing, offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule and preferences.

Success is measured by reaching the goals you set at the beginning of our coaching relationship. We review your progress regularly and adjust strategies as necessary to ensure you are moving towards your desired outcomes.

I hold certification from New Insights Life Coach Training and have over 20 years of experience in life coaching, specializing in career coaching, mindset and confidence coaching, life purpose and personal development coaching. My background includes nursing, social care and NHS operational management, which equips me to support you effectively.
